Cost

Shipping costs vary for each item(s), depending on the destination and the item’s size and weight. Shipping costs will be displayed for you at the Check Out prior to purchase.

Processing and Handling Times

All items ship within 1-3 days from purchase (usually within 1 day), unless otherwise stated on our site.

Shipping Times

Shipping times typically range from 2-9 days.

We normally use USPS for most of our shipments, but we sometimes use UPS, FedEx, or other carriers for certain items (depending on the item’s size and weight). For USPS, items less than 1 pound are mailed using First Class Mail, and heavier items are mailed using Priority Mail. Please note, however, that books and other media are shipped using Media Mail (an economy service offered by the USPS. We reserve the right to use any carrier of our choice, at any time, for any shipment, at our sole discretion.

If you would like to use an express service, kindly contact us prior to your purchase, so that we can adjust the shipping costs. 

Tracking Numbers will be provided on all shipments (unless otherwise stated in the item's listing/description as in, for example, letter-sized items, postcards, photos, prints, and paper items).

Insurance

We insure all packages valued $300 or more with the carrier. Please contact us if you would like to purchase insurance for packages less than $300.

Signature Delivery

We will require in-person hand signature upon delivery of all packages valued $300 or more. 

Recycled Packaging 

We often use recycled and/or environmentally-friendly packaging. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the shipment is marked delivered it is out of our hands. We are not able to offer a refund due to lost or stolen packages. If you have special instructions for delivery, or would like to purchase insurance for your item, please leave a note at checkout or email us at info@infinitiques.com before purchasing.
